Acceptance of the legal notice and conditions of use

By means of this legal notice and conditions of use, Remote Sites Opportunities Suppliers S.L. (hereinafter "the Company") informs users of the website it owns (hereinafter "the Site"), about the conditions of use of the Site. The use of the Page attributes the condition of "User" to any natural person of legal age interested in the products and services of the Company and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in this Legal Notice in the version published by the Company at the time the User accesses the Page. The Company reserves the right to modify the legal notice and the conditions of use in order to adapt to new legislation or jurisprudence.


Conditions of access and use of the pages

The User undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the law, this legal notice and the conditions of use made known to him by the Company, as well as with generally accepted morals and good customs and public order. To this end, the User will refrain from using the Page for purposes or effects that are illicit, prohibited in this document, harmful to the rights, sensibilities or interests of third parties, or that in any way could damage, deteriorate or impede the normal use of the Page. Intellectual and industrial property rights

Certain contents of the Page, such as, logos or brands, are the exclusive property of Remote Sites Opportunities Suppliers S.L., owner of the Escondite-takeaway brand; other elements, such as, software, programming, source codes referred to the Page are property of the Company or its group companies, or offered as a consequence of the corresponding agreements signed with third parties, being subject to intellectual and industrial property rights protected by national and international legislation. Therefore, the reproduction, use, modification, distribution, manipulation, as well as any use that exceeds a normal and necessary use for the use of the Page is prohibited and without the use or access to the Page being understood to attribute to the User any right over the mentioned brands, commercial names, distinctive signs and/or contents (beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of the Page). Any act by virtue of which the User of the service may exploit or use commercially, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, or benefit, directly or indirectly, with or without profit, from any of the contents, images, forms, indexes and other formal expressions that form part of the Page, or from the effort carried out by the Company for its operation, without prior written permission from the Company, is prohibited. Specifically, any link, hyperlink or similar link that may be established in the direction of the Site is prohibited. Any violation of the provisions of this point will be considered a violation of the legitimate intellectual property rights of the Company and, about the Site and all its contents.


Quality of Service

The Company makes every effort to keep the Site updated and to ensure that the User can access it at all times. However, it is possible that for technical reasons the display and operation of the Site may not always be correct or complete. The Company declines any responsibility in the event of interruptions or poor functioning of the Site. The Company is not responsible for network outages, loss of business as a result of such outages, temporary suspension of the Site or any other direct or indirect damage that may be caused to the User. Nor does it take responsibility or guarantee that the content or software that can be accessed through the Site is free from error or causes damage. Also, the Company is not responsible for any damage that may be caused to users by improper use of the Site. Notwithstanding the above, the Company may temporarily suspend the content of the Site for maintenance or repair of its systems, and make any changes to the Site that it deems appropriate. In any case, the configuration and capacity of the User's equipment must be sufficient to allow the correct use of the services offered through the Page, the User being responsible for their correct installation. With respect to Internet access through mobile devices, the User must have all the equipment and software necessary to use the service, as well as have the connection correctly configured for access to the service. Access to the Internet through mobile devices may have additional navigation costs associated with the operator. The amount of these costs will depend on the tariffs and conditions that each User has contracted with their mobile operator and therefore, under no circumstances can the Company be considered responsible for these costs.



It is expressly forbidden:

1.- The use of any of the contents and/or services with illicit purposes or effects, prohibited in this legal notice and conditions of use, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, specifically and without being exhaustive: any form of violation of the rights of third parties over their privacy, honour, own image, secrecy in communications or protection of personal data.

2.- The use of content and services that are protected by any intellectual or industrial property right belonging to the Company or to third parties, without the User having previously obtained written authorisation from the legitimate owners to carry out the use they make or intend to make.

3.- The reproduction, copying, distribution, communication, transformation or modification of the contents, unless the user has the authorization of the owner of the corresponding rights or it is legally permitted.

4.- The incorporation of viruses or other physical or electronic elements that may damage or impede the normal operation of the network, the system, or the computer equipment of the Company or third parties, or that may damage the electronic documents and files stored in said computer equipment.

5.- Obtaining or even attempting to obtain the contents by using means or procedures other than those which, depending on the case, have been made available to it for this purpose in general or those normally used on the Internet for this purpose.
